The Monastery is home not only to the Museum itself, but also to a Bar-Restaurant that offers visitors dishes typical of Brescian cuisine.

La Taverna it's the perfect solution to complete the conference service we provide as it is equipped to provide catering for all rooms where we offer space for coffee breaks, lunches and dinners. This service is ideal for company events, graduation parties, appetisers and drinks and buffets of all sorts.

Originally opened in Brescia’s City Centre in 1934, La Taverna was, at the time, one of the most popular locations with the race organisers. Full of charm, it sat between via Cavour and via Moretto, where Franco Mazzotti and Aymo Maggi often lunched with Mayor Bruno Boni. La Taverna also became the ‘local’ for many motor racing aficionados in Brescia, where the drivers would meet and celebrate their successes.
